• Book golf, lodging, dining, and other resort experiences by phone, email, and in person.
• Provide clear, accurate information about property offerings and policies.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Build and maintain guest profiles and reservation details.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Clear communication and a professional, approachable manner.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
