Description

In this role, you will drive strategic people initiatives across the global GTM organization (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) at Qualio. You'll act as a strategic consultant on org design, compensation strategy, and employee lifecycle programs, leveraging AI tools to enhance HR effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive HR experience in GTM at high-growth B2B SaaS
• Expertise in sales and CS compensation design including quota-setting and OTE
• Proven ability to evolve org structures for GTM teams
• Strong program/project management and budget ownership
• International HR expertise and AI-forward mindset

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic consultant on GTM org design and workforce planning
• Lead design and evolution of sales compensation and CS incentive plans
• Guide end-to-end delivery of people initiatives across GTM lifecycle
• Serve as trusted advisor on global employment laws and cultural nuances
• Champion AI tools for workforce analytics and program optimization
