You'll join a fast-growing wealth management business to process and submit new business across platforms like Aegon and AJ Bell. You'll support Financial Planners with technical administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all submissions. This role focuses on operational, system-driven work with minimal client contact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Submitting new business across platforms and providers
• Processing pensions, ISAs, investments, and financial planning products
• Managing applications from submission through to completion
• Liaising with platforms and product providers

📋 Requirements

• Experience in financial services administration focusing on business processing
• Comfortable with platforms such as Aegon, AJ Bell, or Quilter
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Prefers operational, system-driven work with minimal client contact
