You'll collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement cutting-edge solutions for Coupa's spend management platform. You will drive adoption, quantify value, and identify improvements in Procurement, Supply Chain, and AP Automation domains. This role offers a chance to influence strategies and mentor new team members while working remotely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Technical Architect during customer implementations.
• Collaborate with senior management to influence strategies.
• Enhance customer experience by handling requests and complaints.
• Manage escalations and ensure project timelines and quality.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with integration technologies in Procurement/AP Automation.
• Hands-on experience architecting large-scale ERP integrations (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Experience with integration technologies like sFTP, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
• C1-C2 Level of English proficiency.
