You'll design, implement, and operate enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure across Azure and Microsoft 365. As a technical lead, you'll drive cloud migrations and modernization for business-critical workloads. This role offers the chance to mentor engineers while shaping cloud standards and best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain Azure infrastructure for availability and performance.
• Lead cloud migrations including landing zone design and execution.
• Own Microsoft 365 operations across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams.
• Design and enforce cloud security best practices and IAM policies.

📋 Requirements

• 13+ years IT infrastructure experience with 4+ years in Azure or M365.
• Current Microsoft certification such as Azure Administrator Associate.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and IaC tools like Terraform or Bicep.
• Strong experience with identity and access management and security controls.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AZ-500.
• Hybrid identity experience with Entra Connect or Cloud Sync.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and security monitoring tools.
