🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage employee benefits and HRIS updates.
  • Handle corporate insurance claims and labor law compliance.
  • Oversee driver files, DOT physicals, and OSHA reporting.
  • Facilitate onboarding and track safety training completion.

📋 Requirements

  • Prior HR experience in benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent time and task management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and HR software tools.
