🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage employee benefits and HRIS updates.
- Handle corporate insurance claims and labor law compliance.
- Oversee driver files, DOT physicals, and OSHA reporting.
- Facilitate onboarding and track safety training completion.
📋 Requirements
- Prior HR experience in benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent time and task management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and self-motivation.
- Proficiency with HRIS and HR software tools.
