You'll own the strategy for GetYourGuide's Supplier Portal, an AI-powered help platform for tens of thousands of suppliers. Your work will directly shape a contextual AI assistant that acts like a 24/7 account manager for every supplier. This role offers high autonomy and cross-functional ownership at a fast-growing travel tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and strategy for the Supplier Portal.
• Lead the development of an AI-powered contextual help initiative.
• Align Product, Engineering, Operations, and Supplier Experience teams.
• Use data to identify highest-leverage opportunities and measure success.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with autonomous ownership.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, and contextual help tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to define success metrics and interpret data.

• Experience with B2B product or marketplace platforms.
