🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute base editing experiments in mammalian cell systems
• Perform cell culture, transfection, passaging, and cryopreservation
• Conduct nucleic acid extractions and editing outcome analyses
• Maintain experimental records in Benchling ELN

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant laboratory experience
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (PCR, DNA/RNA handling)

• Experience with genome editing technologies (CRISPR, base editing)
• Familiarity with flow cytometry or cell characterization
• Experience in an industry lab setting
