You'll lead a small, high-output squad within Model N's Rapid Innovation Group, rapidly prototyping and shipping new product capabilities for life sciences revenue management. You'll own the product roadmap, run sprints, and maintain a tight customer feedback loop. This role blends visionary product leadership with hands-on execution, operating like a startup inside a market leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the RIG's product roadmap and sprint priorities
• Write requirements, run standups, and unblock engineering
• Drive Gross-to-Net automation and IRA Navigator initiatives
• Engage design partners and gather customer feedback
• Coordinate with core product organization for integration

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software
• 3+ years owning a product line or leading a product team
• Experience defining and shipping new products in ambiguous environments
• Strong collaboration with engineering and understanding of development lifecycle
• Exceptional customer instincts and discovery skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a founding product role or startup PM
• Domain expertise in Life Sciences or High Tech revenue management
• Experience managing or formally leading an engineering team
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows
