Description

You will own the strategy and execution of Qualia's largest revenue product line, Qualia Connect, a platform that brings together disparate parties across the real estate ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of a scaled, market-leading product and a rapidly evolving AI capability set, driving AI deeper into the platform and unlocking network effects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, vertical software, or platform businesses
• 3+ years managing product managers
• Track record of defining and executing product strategy creating durable competitive advantage through network effects or platform ecosystems
• Deep fluency in AI and its product applications, including LLMs, agentic systems, and intelligent automation
• Data-driven and analytically rigorous, comfortable defining KPIs and running experiments

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap for platform at scale, defining long-term product vision to deepen customer value and unlock network effects
• Drive AI deeper into platform offering, identifying high-impact workflows for transformation and defining agentic experiences
• Unlock network effects and ecosystem growth by building features that strengthen adoption and create virtuous cycles
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market to align on roadmap and deliver integrated solutions
• Manage, hire, coach, and lead a team of product managers, building a high-performance product culture emphasizing ownership and customer obsession
