💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design of enterprise-scale AI data platforms and semantic data architecture to transform complex healthcare data into trusted, reusable assets. This role offers significant ownership over platform architecture, retrieval systems, and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and lead architecture of AI data platforms (ingestion, embeddings, retrieval).
• Develop scalable semantic data layers and AI-ready interfaces.
• Define best practices for vector search, retrieval quality, and hybrid search.
• Establish operational standards for monitoring, CI/CD, and platform performance.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in data engineering or data architecture.
• Expert-level SQL and strong proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake including production-scale operations.
• Hands-on expertise with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Elastic, pgvector).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM architectures (RAG, embeddings).
• Experience with dbt or equivalent data transformation tools.
