🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate cloud infrastructure, databases, and core systems.
• Partner with backend, frontend, and stakeholders for reliable platform capabilities.
• Own and improve cloud infrastructure, databases, and observability stack.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to infrastructure and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Postgres (or similar), and Terraform (or similar).
• Resourceful, curious, and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
• Proficient at leveraging AI tools to ship faster.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating Rust services in production.
• Background in payments, fintech, or health benefits (HSA/FSA).
