You'll manage one of Databricks' largest existing customers in the digital native industry in Australia. Your core impact is driving platform consumption and securing strategic committed deals to accelerate growth. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and shape customer success.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive platform consumption by identifying key customer use cases
  • Structure and close strategic committed deals with existing customers
  • Prospect and generate leads using intent signals and account planning
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce from initial contact to close

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales (5+ years)
  • Experience selling Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS to digital native companies
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Technical acumen to communicate Databricks platform value

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in consumption-based pricing models
  • Familiarity with Databricks ecosystem (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)
  • Existing network in Australian digital native industry
