Description

As a Tech Lead, you will build full-stack features for NICE's next-generation Workforce Management platform, orchestrate AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows, and deliver AI-driven features to customers. You'll drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• B.Sc./BE/BEng in Computer Science with GPA of at least 85
• At least 8 years of back-end or full-stack experience
• Experience with AI-augmented development including MCP servers
• Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns
• Develop end-to-end cloud features on top of AWS
• Optimize components for maximum performance
• Lead features design and implementations, set team standards
• Champion continuous improvement and high-velocity delivery
