Description
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will work directly with Chime's bank partners to deliver top company priorities. You will serve as the primary point of contact between bank partners and Chime's product and marketing leadership, driving the process to review and approve key initiatives. This role requires strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Requirements
- 7+ years work experience including partnerships at a regulated financial services company
- Experience in consumer banking or payment services
- Experience at or with a high growth fintech startup
- Expertise in fintech banking and payments market and regulatory landscape
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to operate with autonomy
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day engagement with bank partners to deliver strategic priorities and new products
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products meet bank requirements
- Lead end-to-end process with banks to review and approve product and marketing development
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with bank partners and Chime stakeholders
- Act as primary point of contact to drive internal discussions and incorporate bank partner feedback
