You'll grow patient referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers in the Cypress, TX area. You'll take ownership of territory growth and drive impact through field engagement. This role offers autonomy and the chance to shape a rapidly scaling function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend ~4 days per week meeting providers in the field
• Prospect and identify new provider partners
• Convert leads into referral partners for Nourish
• Build long-term relationships with clinic staff

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in provider-facing field sales role
• Ability to independently build and grow a territory from scratch
• Strong professional presence to influence entire office staff
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
