Your core impact is driving behavior change to exceed 80% completion rates and customer NPS while linking features to revenue growth. This role stands out for its AI-first culture where the team builds production software in close partnership with AI coding tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive alignment on product strategy across cross-functional teams
• Champion the Academy product externally at conferences and events
• Lead and develop a high-performing AI-fluent team of PMs and engineers
• Guide the team's operating cadence including planning and retrospectives

📋 Requirements

• Shipped AI-workflow centered product in the last year delivering value
• Experience owning a holistic product roadmap and managing both PMs and engineers
• Track record of shipping high-quality production software from discovery to rollout
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted design, prototyping and development
