You'll own the cloud-to-field software ecosystem powering, monitoring, and optimizing distributed energy assets for a leading clean energy company. You'll lead teams building real-time telemetry processing, secure remote diagnostics, and fleet analytics on an uptime-critical platform. This is industrial-grade, hardware-connected software — not a SaaS role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead teams building real-time telemetry ingestion from thousands of generators
• Enable secure remote monitoring, diagnostics, and control systems
• Power predictive maintenance and fleet analytics initiatives
• Govern DevSecOps and release management across R&D, manufacturing, and field

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• Experience in Industrial IoT, energy systems, or fleet-scale device platforms
• Ownership of device-to-cloud architectures and large telemetry pipelines
• Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake or Spark
• Track record of embedding AI into engineering workflows
• Background in industrial automation or secure remote control systems
