Description

As a PRN Hospice Aide, you will provide personal care and comfort to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will observe and report patient conditions and document care performed, ensuring quality and continuity in end-of-life support.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care needs as assigned
• Attend to patient requests promptly
• Report inability to perform tasks to Case Manager immediately
