Description

You will lead R&D in GenAI and Agentic AI to detect and prevent financial crime, designing novel solutions like multi-agent systems and RAG architectures. You'll partner with Engineering and Product to integrate AI into core product features, define evaluation frameworks, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in numerate subject or equivalent practical experience
• 4-7 years experience in data science or ML with production impact
• Expert-level Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
• Deep experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Pydantic AI) and RAG

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D in GenAI and Agentic AI for financial crime detection
• Drive production excellence by overseeing AI integration into product features
• Establish evaluation frameworks for LLM and agentic AI systems
• Evaluate Model Context Protocol for connecting AI with external data
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists
