You'll act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, managing complex integrations and platform architecture within the 360Learning platform. Your work will drive product adoption and maximize business impact for large enterprise accounts. You'll own a portfolio of up to 30 active projects simultaneously.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 10+ enterprise clients with up to 30 active projects
  • Implement integrations (SSO, APIs, third-party tools) and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Deliver platform audits and professional services to existing customers
  • Develop repeatable processes to improve project quality and delivery

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3 years of professional consulting experience in a customer-facing role
  • Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR-related
  • Good understanding and experience working with APIs and SSO configuration
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer implementations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Level 2 or 3 support, Technical consultant, or Technical Account Manager roles
  • Working knowledge of Trello or similar project management tools
