You'll coordinate delivery across product and engineering teams at Vantage, a retail media platform. Your mission is mapping dependencies, mitigating risks, and aligning stakeholders on realistic delivery dates. You'll lead cross-pillar syncs and delivery forecasting for a high-growth SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate team capacity and dependency alignment.
• Maintain master release calendar with major milestones.
• Lead weekly cross-pillar syncs to surface blockers.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues.
• Standardize handoffs between client services, product, and engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience in AdTech/MarTech or high-growth SaaS.
• History of managing projects with critical interlocking dependencies.
• Deep expertise with Jira (Advanced Roadmaps), Confluence, and project visualization tools.
