Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• One year supervised professional experience
• Current Ohio license as Speech Language Pathologist
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and identify functional defects
• Administer speech therapy program per plan of care
• Recommend communication devices/aids as indicated
• Confer with physician and team for coordinated care
• Supervise homemakers/home health aides in therapy regime
