This hands-on role offers the chance to define and scale the motion practice from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead motion design for client projects across launch videos, commercials, and brand campaigns.
• Create high-quality motion from concept to delivery in 2D, UI, typography, and compositing.
• Define visual direction, pacing, transitions, and motion systems for projects.
• Review and provide feedback to motion designers to maintain creative standards.
• Build scalable templates, systems, and processes for consistency and efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of motion design experience across product/UI and brand/marketing.
• Expert in After Effects and Figma.
• Fluency in at least one 3D tool (Cinema 4D, Blender, Spline).
• Proven track record leading or mentoring other motion designers.

• Strong visual design fundamentals in type, layout, color, and composition.
