🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow supervisor instructions to meet daily production and quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work environment.
• Confirm METRC tags and data sets for compliance.
• Follow standard operating procedures for trimming and handling plants.

📋 Requirements

• 1.5 years of work experience in related industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to secure MCA credentials.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and basic computer skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge and background in trimming.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
