Description

You will apply mass spectrometry-based chemoproteomics techniques to support drug discovery, preparing diverse samples, optimizing proteomics methods, and analyzing data to advance therapeutic programs. Your work will directly contribute to understanding human aging biology and developing interventions for longer, healthier lives.

Requirements

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5 years post-PhD technical experience in biopharma industry
• Experience with HPLC and mass spectrometer method development and maintenance
• Experience in multiplexed proteomics (e.g., TMT) and PTM enrichment
• Proficiency in proteomics data analysis and programming (Python, R, MATLAB)

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples from proteins, cells, tissues, and biofluids
• Optimize and develop proteomics/chemoproteomics sample preparation methods
• Maintain and troubleshoot HPLCs, mass spectrometers, and bioanalytical equipment
• Analyze data and share with collaborators
• Present results at internal and company-wide meetings
