🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and define user requirements for construction projects.
• Develop and manage budgets for construction projects.
• Implement creative contracting structures and align incentives.
• Serve as primary point of contact for construction matters.

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience with energetics and/or process gas pressure testing.
• Strong background in design advisory and pre-construction.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and budget.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DoD 4145.26 or related regulations.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
