You'll own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across the full lifecycle, from commercial onboarding to renewals and expansion. You'll align with senior stakeholders on measurable outcomes and drive early time-to-value. This role offers strong commercial ownership in a fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Lead commercial onboarding aligning stakeholders on goals and success metrics.
- Drive adoption and value through structured, outcome-led customer conversations.
- Own renewals end-to-end, identifying and mitigating risk early.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background managing an existing book of business.
- Strong commercial acumen in renewals and expansion strategy.
- Operational rigour with disciplined, proactive follow-through.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce forecasts and pipeline management.
- Multilingual capability (French) for commercial negotiations.
- Experience in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.
