You'll own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across the full lifecycle, from commercial onboarding to renewals and expansion. You'll align with senior stakeholders on measurable outcomes and drive early time-to-value. This role offers strong commercial ownership in a fast-paced environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead commercial onboarding aligning stakeholders on goals and success metrics.
  • Drive adoption and value through structured, outcome-led customer conversations.
  • Own renewals end-to-end, identifying and mitigating risk early.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Background managing an existing book of business.
  • Strong commercial acumen in renewals and expansion strategy.
  • Operational rigour with disciplined, proactive follow-through.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce forecasts and pipeline management.
  • Multilingual capability (French) for commercial negotiations.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.
