💼 About This Role

You'll serve as President of a small business in the restaurant industry with 4 locations in the Providence, RI area. You'll run and work IN the business, owning full P&L responsibility, business strategy, and operations. You'll report to a Teamshares Industry Lead as you transition the business to employee ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Determine business strategy, operations, and P&L management
• Lead an experienced team of existing employee owners
• Drive revenue growth through marketing and new product lines
• Manage HR matters including performance and compensation

• Retail operations background with high-end sales floor management
• B2C marketing, sales management, and e-commerce expertise
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build and innovate
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
