Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a new global consumer-facing product. You'll lead product and feature launches, drive user growth across social platforms, and build engaged user communities to fuel adoption and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, product operations, growth marketing, or GTM roles in tech or content platforms
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and execution
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product features and market expansions
- Expand product distribution across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit)
- Grow and manage engaged user communities (e.g., Reddit, Discord) to drive retention and advocacy
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams
- Use performance metrics and experiments to optimize messaging, channels, and growth strategies
