• Manage maintenance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within responsible regions.
• Manage and support Team Leads, ensuring proper staffing and training.
• Conduct site visits to verify work quality and compliance with company standards.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in field service management or installations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects across various locations.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and reliable personal vehicle.
