Description

You will drive development of novel high-throughput assays to measure properties of large sequence libraries, applying data-driven optimization to improve therapeutic molecule design. You'll collaborate with biologists, ML and data engineers, and translational experts to generate and communicate data that maximizes impact on AI-based molecular design.

Requirements

PhD and 4+ years of post-PhD experience (startup, industry, or research)
Deep knowledge of experimental methods with quantitative intuition
Solid foundation in molecular and cellular biology
History of building highly multiplexed assays (e.g., functional screens or single-cell 'omics)
Scientific programming in Python, including data analysis and visualization

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy novel high-throughput assays to measure properties of large sequence libraries
Use data-driven approach to optimize assays and apply chemical/biological insights
Develop and execute pooled assays for sequence-to-function in vitro, in cells, and in vivo
Generate, analyze, and communicate data that impacts AI-based molecular design
Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to leverage biology and computation
