You'll lead the enhancement and management of Square Financial Services' fraud risk management program, building a formal oversight framework. Your work will directly impact the Bank's ability to mitigate fraud while enabling product innovation.   • Build and iterate on the Bank's fraud program documentation and metrics.
  • Develop key risk and performance indicators for board reporting and daily management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with fraud program requirements.
  • Participate in audits and regulatory examinations related to the fraud program.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of fraud experience at a bank or fintech company.
  • Experience building fraud programs from the ground up or evolving existing ones.
  • Proficient knowledge of federal fraud rules and regulations.
  • Experience collaborating with data and technology teams to build fraud signals and rules.

  • Active CFE or CAFS designation.
  • Experience using AI to augment and scale fraud work.
