📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 8-10 engineers
• Strong backend or distributed systems background with ability to review code and architecture
• Track record of delivering complex engineering projects with measurable outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, data teams, or ML partners
