💼 About This Role

You'll manage SOX compliance activities and financial audit programs in a high-growth tech environment. You'll partner with Finance, IT, and Legal to mature internal controls and drive operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage SOX compliance planning and execution
• Coordinate with co-sourced providers and external auditors
• Assist stakeholders in control redesign and remediation
• Conduct financial compliance and operational audits

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years audit experience in industry and/or public accounting
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CIA
• Ability to work at least twice a week from Palo Alto office

• Technology industry experience
• Experience with IT SOX and integrated audits
• Knowledge of auditing customized systems for revenue, allocations, and commissions
