💼 About This Role

You'll lead bakery shifts at a fast-paced Insomnia Cookies store. You'll oversee production, customer service, and team performance while working alongside the crew. This role offers flexible part-time hours and daily pay-on-demand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests
• Maintain operations and communicate pertinent information during shift
• Monitor production efficiency and hold team accountable to standards
• Prioritize and delegate baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning tasks

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Point of Sales systems experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be 18 years or older
