You'll own the full post-sale lifecycle for commercial customers of Tavily's AI-powered search platform, driving adoption and expansion across a high-velocity book of business. You'll serve as the voice of the commercial customer, shaping the product experience. This role offers flexible remote work with competitive OTE and comprehensive benefits.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own portfolio across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Drive fast time-to-value through integration setup and activation
- Monitor account health and proactively surface risks and growth opportunities
- Execute renewal cycles and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Manager, Implementation Specialist) in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business with strong retention and expansion results
- Comfort navigating technical conversations with developer users and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM and CS tooling (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight)
