🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead US West & Canada Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams (5-7 direct reports)
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for the region aligned with global goals
  • Build and strengthen channel partner network from recruitment to enablement
  • Use data to drive decisions, leveraging HubSpot for pipeline and performance tracking

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with channel partner management
  • Experience building and scaling commercial teams in a scale-up environment
  • Proven success leading both Sales and post-sales or technical teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
