🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead US West & Canada Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams (5-7 direct reports)
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for the region aligned with global goals
- Build and strengthen channel partner network from recruitment to enablement
- Use data to drive decisions, leveraging HubSpot for pipeline and performance tracking
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with channel partner management
- Experience building and scaling commercial teams in a scale-up environment
- Proven success leading both Sales and post-sales or technical teams
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
