💼 About This Role

You'll support Environmental and Social Management Systems for renewable energy projects. You'll monitor QHSSSE performance, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the global shift towards sustainable energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct weekly QHSSSE inspections and identify non-compliances
• Prepare and review monthly QHSSSE statistics and reports
• Investigate incidents and accidents when required
• Review method statements and risk assessments from contractors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental)
• Minimum of 7 years' related HSE experience
• NEBOSH and/or IOSH Certifications
• Fluent written and spoken Macedonian and English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in wind farms and/or solar photovoltaic plants
• Previous experience in a company with strong QHSE culture
• Experience in internationally financed projects (IFC/EBRD)
