💼 About This Role

You'll build relationships with hospital and facility contacts to educate them about home health care benefits. You'll manage referral intake and coordinate transitions to home care, driving growth in a hybrid role covering Atlantic County. This position combines clinical knowledge with sales skills in a mission-driven organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with referral sources and physicians.
• Market BAYADA services by articulating features and benefits.
• Review medical documentation and determine home care eligibility.
• Coordinate with service office to set up physician-ordered services.

📋 Requirements

• At least one year experience in health care, preferably home health.
• Current license as RN, LPN, MSW, PT or OT in the state of practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare COPs and program requirements.
