Description

You will lead the end-to-end RFP process, shape high-impact proposals, and manage key client accounts post-sale to drive revenue growth and ensure flawless execution. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in account management, integrated marketing, media, or sales strategy
  • Proven experience leading RFPs, proposals, and high-level client presentations
  • Deep familiarity with marketing programs, campaign execution, and performance analytics
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end RFP process ensuring strategic alignment and competitive differentiation
  • Partner with HOI and DCP teams to shape insight-driven sales narratives and proposals
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and incremental revenue opportunities in pre-sale
  • Serve as strategic lead for assigned accounts, overseeing program execution and QBRs
  • Mentor junior team members and champion operational best practices
