🎯 What You'll Do

• Build core features and infrastructure from scratch
• Establish and maintain the technical roadmap
• Evaluate technical feasibility and scalability of features
• Lead and grow the engineering organization

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time engineering experience
• Backend or ML/AI specialization experience
• Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Git, CI/CD, MLOps and Linux, SQL, Bash scripting

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in applied AI areas like Computer Vision or Language Modeling
• Practical on-the-job AI knowledge over academic research
