Description

You will be a key operational leader shaping the future of content creation on YouTube, building the operational backbone for our Generative AI Shorts Go-to-Market program. This cross-functional role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to launch innovative creator tools at scale.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years in marketing program management or operations.
  • Deep interest in generative AI and SFV landscape.
  • Proven experience building operational workflows with Product, Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Proactive, autonomous work style with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage scalable GTM operations infrastructure.
  • Develop repeatable workflows for campaign execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Gen AI Shorts initiatives.
  • Act as central point of contact for program execution.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams.
