🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary contact for end-users after Power Users assist
• Identify problems and provide on-the-spot training
• Escalate Tier 2 problems to technical or process experts
• Maintain history reports and address re-occurring problems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3 years of experience in business or ERP environments
• Proficiency in managing small to large projects
• Ability to coach and mentor junior technical staff
