💼 About This Role

You'll design and lead one-to-many technical enablement sessions for hundreds of enterprise customers, acting as the technical unblocker for complex workflow automation challenges. You'll build reusable assets like advanced templates and playbooks to scale technical success without a traditional book of business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run weekly office hours and monthly deep-dive webinars
• Own the enterprise Slack channel for technical triage
• Jump into activation calls to unblock stuck customers
• Build internal automations and reusable technical assets

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years as an IC in Solutions Engineering or TAM in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for audiences of 50+ engineers

• Technical degree (Computer Science, ML, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with n8n
