💼 About This Role

You'll provide advanced-level support for Relativity, working directly with Relativity staff to resolve software issues and testing new releases. You'll play a key role in establishing templates, views, scripts, and workflows across workspaces for a government client. This role offers deep exposure to eDiscovery and the chance to shape how the organization leverages Relativity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide advanced-level support and guidance in Relativity use.
• Perform specialized data culling and complex searches in Relativity.
• Test Relativity software releases and set up templates and workflows.
• Conduct Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation.

📋 Requirements

• At least 10 years of litigation support experience.
• Relativity RCA certification.
• 4 years of progressively more advanced Relativity experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Two Relativity certifications, preferably including RCA.
• Relativity Master certification.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
