You'll lead cryptocurrency liquidation strategy and funding optimization for a leading crypto exchange. You'll bring structure and rigor to treasury operations in a high-growth environment. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute cryptocurrency liquidation strategies.
• Manage fiat and crypto liquidity forecasting and optimization.
• Automate treasury processes with product and engineering teams.
• Liaise with bank and payment providers for global expansion.

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years in Finance or Treasury function.
• Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience with on-chain treasury operations or crypto custody.
• Familiarity with exchange/liquidity provider flows.

✨ Nice to Have

• CA(SA) or CIMA/CGMA preferred.
• Treasury management system implementation experience.
• VASP/crypto regulatory compliance exposure.
