💼 About This Role

You'll act as a primary face of Instrument in new business conversations, leading discovery sessions with prospective clients and managing inbound opportunities. You'll take ownership of the pursuit process, creating materials that bring Instrument's story to life and delivering a client experience that turns leads into long-term relationships. This role sits within Instrument's Wizard Studio, requiring fluency in design and technology and genuine curiosity about how AI is evolving agency-client partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery and hello sessions, mapping client needs to capabilities.
  • Manage inbound opportunities and support senior leadership on marquee pursuits.
  • Optimize pursuit processes, proposals, and communication for efficiency.
  • Track pipeline health and maintain CRM hygiene for accurate reporting.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in BD, growth, or account development in an agency environment.
  • Experience with retained or annuity accounts and intra-account growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale growth systems and lead enterprise-level client conversations.
  • Fluency in CRM and pipeline management (HubSpot preferred).
