Description

You will develop and deploy advanced automated electrical test systems for satellite hardware, working across disciplines to ensure reliability in space. You'll design test assets, analyze data, and drive improvements from production to on-orbit performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or other STEM discipline
• 1+ years experience in hardware development or electronics test engineering (internship acceptable)
• Experience analyzing circuits and developing functional test plans
• Understanding of electrical schematics and electronics manufacturing
• Experience with Python and test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop test systems for flight hardware with cross-disciplinary team
• Define, document, and present test system requirements and designs
• Design test racks, electrical panels, fixtures, harnessing, connectors, PCBAs, and tools
• Select COTS hardware or design custom PCBAs for signal measurement and power
• Drive continual improvements using physical and digital tools to analyze on-orbit and production data
