You'll lead and scale the global sales enablement function for a fast-growing AI-powered video security startup. You'll design and execute a cohesive GTM enablement strategy that accelerates sales productivity and aligns Sales, Product, and Marketing. This role offers the chance to build from the ground up in a well-funded, revenue-generating company with a strong team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and own comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with growth goals
  • Design best-in-class onboarding programs to reduce ramp time
  • Own creation of sales content including pitch decks, battlecards, and playbooks
  • Lead sales readiness for new product releases and GTM launches

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building enablement from the ground up in a startup
  • Experience enabling role-based enablement for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and partners
  • Experience with verticalized GTM motions (public sector, education, etc.)

  • Highly analytical mindset with ability to measure enablement impact
  • Experience with channel partner enablement
  • Familiarity with AI or physical security markets
